Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We recommend placing your order to ensure timely delivery and avoid any disappointment.

Poslaju Flexipack International be used for all international orders. Tracking will be provided.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Please note that international orders (outside of Malaysia) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by your local customs authority upon delivery. By making a purchase, buyer acknowledges that these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country's customs regulations for more information before placing your order.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and no refund will be made for shipment costs.
Lost or Delayed Package
If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sprdprmediocre@gmail.com, and we will assist in tracking it. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times.
Damaged Item(s)
We cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during transit as it is beyond our control. However, we will pack your order as securely as possible to minimise the risk of damage!
Wrong Item(s)
Our apologies if there was a mistake with your order. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at sprdprmediocre@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order ID and clear photo proof of the incorrect item.
Any requests for refund/exchange made without photo proof or submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be entertained.
